Public Node members can input a Stellar wallet address on their Member Profile page that they want to use to vote on proposed Stellar protocol changes. That Stellar wallet address can then be used to send a tiny transaction to either our Vote Yes wallet or our Vote No wallet. Eligible Stellar voting wallets are listed on our Vote page.
Once you have registered your Stellar wallet voting address on the Public Node Member Profile page, you can visit our Vote page and send a tiny transaction to either our Vote Yes wallet or our Vote No wallet. All eligible voting Stellar wallet addresses are also listed on our Vote page.
Nope. Only members with active memberships can vote, but a member can always choose not to vote. Members that do not vote (i.e., abstaining or forgetting) will not be counted when determining the membership majority.
In the event of a tie (exactly 50% one way and 50% the other way), Public Node will submit a vote in support of the status quo – no change.
